This wellbeing course, run in partnership with Voice of BME Trafford and Trafford College, will help you focus on your wellbeing and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
Thursdays 11am-1pm, from 25th March-27th May
Location: A combination of Zoom sessions and face-to-face learning at St John’s Centre
You will increase your knowledge and ability around:
• Five ways of wellbeing
• Health & Fitness
• Food & nutrition
• Building confidence
• Health awareness in the current climate
You can also achieve an accredited qualification from Trafford College that can support your future career journey.
This course is free if you are not working, or are on a low income.
