First Steps to Fitness for the Over 50s

Our gentle exercise session for the over 50s (with cake!) will start its regular sessions again on Thursday, September 19th from 2.30-4pm.

Before then, all over 50s are welcome to our Taster Session on Thursday, August 29th from 2.30-4pm.

The session will include 45 minutes of chair-based exercise to get you moving (or you can exercise standing up if you prefer), followed by a chat over a cup of tea and a piece of home-made cake.

It is a free session, and there is no need to book.
