Work Well Trafford is a new Trafford-wide project designed to support people who are at risk of unemployment, or recently unemployed, for health-related reasons.
A team of key workers, based in the six Trafford community hubs, will deliver tailored one-to-one support to participants, helping to address barriers to employment and creating a realistic ‘back to work’ or ‘stay in work’ plan.
We are recruiting for a Key Worker for North Trafford, for a fixed term until March 31st 2026. They will be employed by St John’s Centre, but will spend time during the working week both at St John’s Centre and Stretford Public Hall. There is also the potential for hybrid working.
